Twenty-three years in. A family salon with loyal regulars, fair commission, and no booth-rent games. We're looking for licensed nail technicians who'd rather be appreciated than just employed — and who'd rather plant their book here than start over at a chain.
Call Grace · (352) 686-5330If you've worked at a high-turnover chain or a salon that treats techs like rentable furniture, you know the difference matters. We've been one family for twenty-three years.
Commission split that respects your work. No surprise fees. No paying to come in.
Twenty-three years of loyal regulars on Grace's books. Andy and Tim have capacity for more — and so will you. Bring your clients, take what walk-ins come, build from there.
Grace has been doing this for two decades. Andy and Tim learned from her. You can too — or just do your thing.
Fresh tools and sterile stations every customer, every time. Good products. No corner-cutting.
Sundays off. Predictable hours. We respect your time off as much as we respect mine.
Grace knows every regular by name. She'll know you the same way. No quotas, no upselling pressure.
If you've already built a book of business and you're looking for the right place to land — that's exactly who we're looking for. You keep your clients. You keep more of what you earn than at a chain. We give you the location, the family environment, and a clean chair to work from. Let's talk.
We talk numbers in person — depends on your experience, specialty, and whether you're bringing clients. Call Grace and we'll walk through it. We promise it's fair and you'll know exactly what you're earning.
Yes — please do. We have no non-compete restrictions on a tech's own book. You keep your clients. We'll help you transition them smoothly.
No. Commission-based, no monthly booth rent.
Salon is open Mon–Sat, 10 AM to 7 PM. Sundays off. Schedule is flexible within those hours — we'll work something out that fits your life.
Any. Acrylics, gel, dip powder, regular and Volcano spa pedicures, classic/hybrid/volume lash extensions, eyebrow waxing, body waxing, nail art. Andy is our acrylic specialist; Tim does pedicures. We'd love to add depth in any of those — or a totally different specialty you bring.
Twenty-three years at the same address — we're not going anywhere. Grace's chair stays full with longtime regulars. Andy and Tim have capacity to take on more, which is exactly why we're hiring. If you bring an established clientele, you have a stable home for your book on day one and room to grow.
Easiest way: call or text Grace at (352) 686-5330. She'd rather talk to you on the phone than read a resume. Walk-in interviews are also welcome — stop by during open hours. Bring your license and a portfolio if you have one.
Grace would rather meet you in person or have a quick phone call than read a stack of resumes. She picks up the phone herself.
